Our Irondale location is now officially closed, and we're quickly moving to our new home at Golden Flake!

In 2025, we moved our Irondale store to the Factory at Golden Flake, an iconic and beloved landmark of Birmingham in the North Titusville area. Our store originally opened in 2005 and was the first store to combine the two names Southeastern Salvage Home Emporium.

The new location is 135,000 square feet, which is double the size of our old location, plus a one and a half acre outdoor patio, pottery, and garden center. You’ll find all the great items you know and love, just more of them!

Whether your style is shabby chic, classic, transitional, contemporary, eclectic, or vintage, we have it all. We pride ourselves at finding unique furnishings, at great prices. And that includes our building materials too. You could say, we have a little bit of everything.

Expansion Plans 2025

We’re as sorry as you to see the Golden Flake factory close and we hope to honor its memory with a new multi-use retail and warehouse facility called The Factory at Golden Flake. In June 2025, our Irondale location will move and become an anchor store at Golden Flake. This new space will allow us to double the size of our current Irondale store and add a 66,000 square foot outdoor garden and patio center.
